How Scott is building a better working world
“I believe in the collective power of EY and strive to bring the organization’s capabilities – both internal talent as well as external ecosystems – to address EY clients’ and communities’ goals.
Further, I try every day to act on the idea that EY clients and communities expect that we never settle for the status quo. To be truly innovative and differentiated, we must continuously challenge our beliefs, biases and approaches.
Lastly, I believe that it is the responsibility of the experienced to share their knowledge with the next generation. As such, I invest as much time mentoring as I can afford, both within my role at EY as well as through external organizations with inner-city high schoolers, university students and young entrepreneurs.”
