As a senior partner in the Strategy and Transaction Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP, for the past 25 years, Ken has advised global private equity and corporate acquirers on their complex acquisitions, divestitures, and investments in various industries.
Ken’s broad transaction experience includes consumer products and retail businesses, industrial products manufacturing and distribution, media and entertainment businesses, luxury and premium branded goods, retail chains, and professional services organizations.
In addition to leading diligence, he advises EY clients on purchase agreements, and the related transaction completion mechanisms and working capital disputes.
Prior to joining the Strategy and Transaction Services practice, Ken was in our audit practice focusing on emerging growth companies.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The State University of New York at Albany and is active in numerous charity organizations.

During his more than 30 years’ career at the global EY organization, Ken has focused on developing world-class transaction advisors to help solve EY clients’ most complex questions and provide practical services.
Ken lives the EY organization’s values through his social engagement. He is active in a number of charitable organizations and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Point Foundation, and previously served on the National Board of Directors of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
