As Global Vice Chair – Alliances & Ecosystems, Julie leads the growth of EY’s strategic alliances business globally, a fundamental part of the EY client proposition, enabling EY to deliver superior business value for clients through award-winning collaboration, co-creation and innovation.
With three decades of experience in professional services, Julie is responsible for expanding existing EY ecosystems and developing new collaborations, including partnering with the world’s leading and emerging technology and services players.
Julie is also EY EMEIA Area Managing Partner, leading a geographic area comprising member firms with more than 160,000 people across 95 countries and representing combined revenues of US$22b.
Since joining EY in 2001, she has served as Senior Advisory Partner for key EY global accounts, as Regional Managing Partner for Germany, Switzerland and Austria, as well as Managing Partner for EMEIA Markets.
Named one of Fortune magazine’s Most Powerful Women International in 2021, Julie serves on several boards across Europe and the US, such as the UN EQUALS, JA Europe, Atlantik Brücke and the American Council on Germany.
Julie is a dual citizen of both Germany and the US, and studied business in Heidelberg, Frankfurt and Paris. She is qualified as a US Certified Public Accountant.
