Areas of focus

Sean Harapko is the lead for the EY Americas Supply Chain Transformation team. He provides end-to-end supply chain strategy and digital strategy, demand planning, logistics, distribution and warehouse management Consulting support to his clients. Sean is also Global Lead for Supply Chain Intelligent automation which involves RPA, machine learning, digital strategy, and center of excellence support to clients.

Sean began his career in management consulting, spending nearly a decade combining strong business acumen and technical ability to lead complex process re-engineering and strategy projects for numerous Global 500 companies. Sean re-joined Ernst & Young LLP in 2010 after working as an operating executive in the media and entertainment industry. Sean has led supply chain strategy and operations as both a consultant and operating executive.

Sean’s passion is helping companies drive sustainable transformation through disruptive technologies and innovation.

Sean has a BS in Business Logistics and International Business from Penn State University and a MBA from Stern, NYU.
