Areas of focus

Lince leads Cybersecurity for the Financial Services sector at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), in addition to his NextGen Security Operations and Response (NGSOR) global leadership role. He assists clients in transforming and operationalizing proactive cyber defense strategies for complex IT and OT environments, using security solutions adapted to the ever-evolving threat landscape.

A recognized cybersecurity strategist with over two decades of industry experience, Lince is proficient in cyber defense, vulnerability management, enterprise risk management and high availability. He contributes to industry standards, leads think tank groups and synchronizes academia with industry through regular curriculum interventions.

Prior to joining EY in 2018, Lince led resiliency at a leading American investment bank and was associated with the top two European insurance companies as their Regional Chief Information Security Officer. He holds a Master's degree in Journalism and diplomas in Enterprise Risk Management and Business Administration.
