As the leader of EY Americas Customer Experience Technology agenda, Erik collaborates with the teams across EY member firms to bring a rich combination of strategy, design, change and technology capabilities to turn clients’ challenges into opportunities for breakthrough performance.

He has more than 20 years of experience driving transformational change for his clients and people.

Prior to joining EY, Erik was responsible for the technology implementation and management services at the world’s largest digital agency, in areas such as eCommerce, content management and marketing technology. Over the course of his career, he has worked across the full spectrum of information management, analytics and the applications of them.

Erik holds a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
