A seasoned transactions and debt advisory professional with over 30 years of experience, David serves as Restructuring Partner with Ernst & Young – United Kingdom.

Having joined EY in 2008 from a global professional services firm, he is experienced in undertaking independent business reviews for corporates and creditors and advising them in multi-stakeholder restructuring situations.

He participates in stakeholder management, strategy formulation and review and debate of options to facilitate consensual restructurings.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accountancy from the University of Adelaide. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and an affiliate of the ICAEW.
