Kafeel has assisted several crown jewel clients across the industries such as Government and Public Services (GPS), Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, Media, Technology, and Manufacturing. A recognized authority in Digital Strategy and Transformation, Customer Journey and Experience, Cloud Computing, Big Data, IoT, Robotics Process Automation, and Artificial Intelligence.

Prior to joining EY, Kafeel served at a Big Four organization incubating Digital and Emerging Technologies practice. 

Kafeel earned an Executive General Management from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) - India, M.S from Birla Institute of Technology Science (BITS) Pilani - India, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering.
