As a senior Partner with the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) practice of Ernst & Young LLP, Ajay works with some of the most well-known companies in the world, helping them with strategy execution, managing complex transformations and accelerating innovation.

While leading a team of thousands of professionals working in more than 80 countries, Ajay also oversees strategic client relationships. He previously launched and developed the EY Performance Improvement Program Management and Organization Change Management practices for the Western US and led them to tremendous growth.

Prior to joining EY, Ajay served as Executive Vice President for Marketing and Business Development for a Silicon Valley company developing next generation data networking technology.

Ajay is a member of the EY Global Diversity and Inclusiveness Steering Committee. In 2018, he received the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business award. He earned an MBA from Duke University and holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering.
