Over her 10 years with EY, Karen has gained experience across the businesses in project management, strategy and change management. She serves as the EY Africa Employee Experience Leader.
Karen believes that all business starts with a focus on human capital.
She holds an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand Business School, with electives completed on exchange at UCLA Anderson Business School. The research paper she completed during her studies focused on the impact of internal marketing on shareholder value.
