A seasoned professional, Jennifer is a principal in the Strategy and Transactions practice at Ernst & Young LLP, with over 15 years’ experience, concentrating on acquisitions and divestitures.
She focuses on supporting clients in their global, multifaceted, transformational deals, advising clients throughout the deal life cycle, from helping drive strategic decisions around antitrust concerns through accelerating speed to close during operational implementation, to helping mitigate risk during legal entity setup. Her global transaction advisory experience includes integrations, carve-outs, tax-free spin-offs and IPOs across a range of industries, including life sciences, medical devices, health care, consumer goods, education services, manufacturing, chemicals and plastics.
As a people-driven business leader, Jennifer develops people, champions diversity and inclusiveness, and drives initiatives for strategic and personal growth.
Jennifer has an MBA from Middlesex University (UK) and a BS in Communication Studies from Iowa State University.
