Tommy is part of the Transaction Law practice of EY Law Finland with 30 years of experience from corporate law and various transactions. Tommy also advises clients on issues relating to sustainability, antitrust, corporate, trade and transportation as well as insurance matters.
He has previously worked with e.g. an international industrial insurance company, a large Nordic law firm and in the public sector.
Tommy has an LL.M. degree from the University of Helsinki.
