Currently Taina is responsible of the corporate law group in EY Finland, which focuses on several areas of general business law such as company and contracts law. She has almost 20 years of experience in various fields of business law such as real estate law, restructuring projects, insolvency law as well as company, contract and labor laws.
In her work she focuses on national and international reorganizations and contract law, but also helps clients in various other aspects of business and contract law.
Prior to this Taina worked as a senior manager at EY Law.
Before joining EY Taina has worked as an attorney and at the court of appeals.
She has a Master’s of Law from Helsinki University after which she obtained LLM title (trained on the bench).
