Juhani is leading the innovation & experience design capabilities in Finland as part of EY Consulting Business Transformation competence area and working closely with Innovation and experience design studio EY Doberman.

In addition to EY, Juhani has previously acted as a managing director for a prestigious Finnish design agency, as well as a design leader at global digital service and product companies. This diverse experience has given him valuable knowledge both in consulting and in-house design leadership.

Juhani holds a Master of Science in Technology with a special focus on usability, industrial management and knowledge management.
