Johanna is an associate lawyer in EY Finland’s transaction law and labor and employment law teams. Johanna also assists our clients in other matters and areas of law, such as corporate and commercial law and dispute resolution as a part of EY Finland’s team.
Prior to joining EY Johanna worked as a trainee in several law firms in Helsinki and in Oulu.

Johanna has earned a master’s degree in law from University of Lapland. During her studies she specialized in corporate and competition law and alternative dispute resolution.
As a lawyer I consider myself as a consultant and a customer servant. To provide additional value to our clients I aim to recognize both the companies’ individual needs and the broader economic environment where they function and their impact on the surrounding society.
