A solution-oriented make-it-happen person, who enjoys large transformation projects and uses coaching to lead people.

In the role of FS Consulting Business Transformation Lead, Hanna works on various transformation projects, where financial sector players renew their current business operations and prepare for future changes. Hanna and her team works in close cooperation with other EY teams, bringing together different areas of expertise in business, technology, data, risk and regulation practices just to mention a few.

Hanna has a combination of long consulting background with years of development work in a large insurance company. In addition to the financial sector background, she has consulting experience in other industries as well. She has experience in leading transformation projects which are often (but not always) linked to large IT implementations. Hanna also understands the development processes in regulated finance industry.

Hanna holds a master's degree from the Helsinki University of Economics and Business (Aalto University). On her leisure time she is active as an international judge for aesthetic group gymnastics.

How Hanna is building a better working world

Hanna is often described as a "make-it-happen-person”. She is solution-oriented and tends to find a way to lead even more complex projects to reach their targets. It’s also important for Hanna to coach her team members to succeed and this coaching menthality aplies both to our EY team members as well as customer’s participants in projects. She thinks that working closely together always equals better results.

Open communication, involving people and clarified and concrete goals are important for Hanna as she most often work in projects that aim to change or transform the current situation. This may cause fear or uncertainty within and around the project and require people centric approach.
