Debra is responsible for setting strategic direction and execution across our services for family businesses, VC- and PE-backed companies, privately held businesses, pre-IPO and public companies, specifically those generating up to US$3b in annual revenue.
With nearly 37 years of experience, Debra has in-depth knowledge of the opportunities and challenges these companies face as they mature into market leaders. She also has an extensive background providing global business leadership, strategic tax and transaction planning and advisory services to these fast-growth companies.
As a lead Partner on several key accounts, she directly oversees our relationships and delivers services to innovative and hyper-growth Russell 3000 and private companies.
Debra also serves as Americas Director for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ program, where she oversees 20+ regional programs in the US, and 10 country programs in Canada, Mexico, Central and South America.
Debra holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of North Texas.
