Tracey leads Ernst & Young LLP UK consultancy teams for financial service regulatory client engagements and is consultancy lead for one of the world’s largest global banks.
She is focused on building out new services for banking clients integrating CX design-led thinking with Humans@Center, driven by technology change and connected with our fintech ecosystem.
Prior to EY, Tracey was a COO in the US for a global technology firm providing finance and operations solutions cross industry. Tracey is experienced in developing C-suite strategies which she manages through to execution.
How Tracey is building a better working world
Tracey has focused her passion on technology innovation and ethics into the solutions she has built and provided for EY banking clients. Tracey is developing a principle-based AI strategy for banks and complex organisations to support leadership in understanding the benefits of AI to the bottom line whilst upholding the AI ethics and values of their organization.
