Emma leads EY’s Enterprise Risk Management solution and Trust by Design solutions in the UK. She supports organizations in transforming their risk approaches to create new perspectives - making better, faster, more confident decisions in uncertain times. By creating and deploying innovative risk approaches, Emma helps EY clients explore how these can be used to generate trust with their stakeholders and provide confidence that the organization’s most significant risks are being managed in an unprecedented time of disruption.
As a part-time working mother with four children, Emma also acts as a coach and mentor for other flexible workers, encouraging diversity of team structure and approach.
