Goldbell Group was established by William Chua and his father, the late Chua Kim Cheng. The company started as a forklift distribution enterprise in 1980. In the 1990s, the group forayed into commercial and industrial vehicle leasing, and further expanded into the leasing of passenger vehicles, aviation ground support equipment and specialized vehicles. Goldbell Group is headquartered in Singapore and has operations in Malaysia, Cambodia, the Philippines and Vietnam. The purpose of the company remains unchanged over the years — to be at the forefront of innovation and to stay relevant through the course of a changing economy.
Goldbell Group is a multi-faceted and diverse family business. The group has been a leading player in mobility sector and a partner for many regional businesses. The group later entered into financing, where Goldbell Financial Services was incorporated to help SMEs and other enterprises with various commercial credit facilities.
Today, the third generation of the Chua family is spearheading Goldbell Group and Goldbell Financial Services. Alex Chua, CEO of the Goldbell Financial Services, joined the family business in 2012. Arthur Chua is the CEO of Goldbell Group since 2012. The brothers are steering the group forward with innovative mobility technologies and logistics solutions. Goldbell Group is using the latest automated technologies to enhance its capabilities and cater to a sector that's transforming swiftly. Their adoption of such technologies, including autonomous part transporters and parts barcode system, is strengthening Goldbell Group's foothold in the industry.
