Lay Keng is the EY Malaysia People Advisory Services Tax leader and a partner in Ernst & Young Tax Consultants Sdn Bhd.

She has over 30 years of experience in professional services, focusing on global mobility services and personal and corporate taxation. Her experience covers a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, telecommunications, technology, professional services, financial services and real estate.

Lay Keng is also the EY China Overseas Investment Network (COIN) Leader in Malaysia and the Tax Account Leader for an EY Global 360 client. She is also the current CFO for the EY member firm in Malaysia.

A graduate from the University of Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, Lay Keng is a licensed tax agent; a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA); a Chartered Accountant (CA) of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA); and a Fellow (FTII) of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).
