He leads a diversified pool of talents across the Middle East and North Africa region to deliver a wide range of services in the areas of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Governance. Hisham brings over 15 years of extensive experience in Governance, ICFR and Risk Management leading transformational projects and championing strategic initiatives across various sectors and industries. He previously established and led multiple Governance, Finance Control, Risk and Compliance functions.
