VPI Pharmaceuticals Inc. / VPI Pharmaceutiques Inc., and
Valeo Pharma Corp.
(collectively “Valeo” or the “Companies”) have applied for and obtained an order under the Companies’ Creditor Arrangement Act (“CCAA”), providing certain relief measures while the Companies carry out a restructuring process.
The Companies obtained an Initial Order under the CCAA on October 1, 2024. Pursuant to the CCAA Order granted by the Quebec Superior Court (Commercial Division), Ernst & Young Inc. was appointed Monitor of the Companies.
