The EY Athlete Programs recognize the dedication, discipline and leadership that Olympians, Paralympians and elite professional athletes bring to every challenge. Learn how your inspiring journey and unwavering commitment to success can shape your future with confidence at EY.

Qualifying criteria and timelines

Our tailored career programs are designed for elite athletes who have competed at the Olympic, national or professional level. We welcome applications every six months. Due to high levels of interest, athletes we cannot accommodate are placed on a priority wait list for the next intake. It’s essential that you’re all in and ready to commit if you’re offered a place. After registering your interest, we will review and be in touch to discuss your experience and whether we have a suitable program for you.

Which EY Athlete Program is right for you?

Designed for elite athletes preparing to transition from sports to business, this program equips you with the skills and confidence to succeed in professional services.

Hosted virtually and self-paced, this 12-week program bridges the divide between the worlds of sport and business, propelling athletes into modern corporate practices.

Learning format: Benefit from a blend of virtual workshops and online learning at your pace

Reward: An invitation-only, self-paced virtual program that rewards your achievements with biannual badges
Duration: 12 weeks (expected)

We’re all in to help you develop your post-sports career with personalized coaching, professional development and ongoing mentorship. We’ll help empower an extraordinary you, building on your profile as an athlete and your unique skills gained through sports.
If you’re eager to apply your leadership and strategic mindset in a business setting, this program can help you find the right EY Career opportunity, faster. Once connected to a dedicated talent professional, you’ll receive resume and interview coaching tailored for elite athletes and one-on-one career guidance with EY Talent professionals.
