About the EY-Parthenon NextGen Women competition

The first phase takes place locally in participating countries. Finalists are challenged to think critically as they undertake both individual and group challenges. Local winners are invited to attend the global final where they will collaborate with other global finalists from 35+ countries, tackle dynamic challenges, and gain insight into life at EY-Parthenon. They will work together to solve a case study, culminating with the announcement of the global winners. The competition will unlock further opportunities, including potential internships or career offers at EY-Parthenon.
