Matt has more than 25 years of experience in technology and management consulting industries, with a proven track record of helping to deliver tech and operational change in large scale global corporate transactions.

Matt leads the EY-Parthenon Deal Technology practice at Ernst & Young LLP where he focuses on helping clients across sectors, including large Life sciences companies, to plan for, and deliver, complex global transactions. His experience covers post-merger integration, carve-out sales and diligence services.
