Simon Glynn

Simon is the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) leader for EY UK&I, he supports clients to understand and effectively manage their EHS risks, and improve EHS performance and outcomes.

He has broad experience working across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and North America, where he continues to work with large companies across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, oil and gas, financial services, retail and consumer, higher education and private equity.

His EHS experience includes the delivery of maturity assessments and roadmap development; operations model design and implementation; development of strategy, policies, governance and risk management frameworks; developing and embedding safety processes, including emergency and crisis management planning; deals due diligence; and internal audit.

Simon has a degree in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester.
