With over 20 years of deal making experience and specialization in complex cross border transactions, Shivani has advised on marquee M&A deals and capital raises.
Prior to joining EY, Shivani set up and led the Technology investment banking practice for two investment banks. Shivani is a qualified chartered accountant from India.
