How Jim is building a better working world
“As the globalisation of workforce advances, I focus on helping organisations think and act globally. Looking beyond the traditional boundaries for top talent, I help create an environment that is welcoming and supportive to the global workers. I believe that we need to build talent strategies and HR programmes that can accommodate diversity on all levels. As technology is another key disruptor, I advise organisations to be smart enough in allowing new ideas early to compete with the market leaders.”
