Ltd., Northern Pulp Nova Scotia Corporation, Northern Timber Nova Scotia Corporation, 3253527 Nova Scotia Limited, 3243722 Nova Scotia Limited, Northern Pulp NS GP ULS (the "Applicants") obtained an Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") in Canada on June 19, 2020. Pursuant to the CCAA Order granted by Justice Fitzpatrick of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Ernst & Young Inc. was appointed Monitor of the Applicants.
