Crystallex International Corporation (the "Applicant") obtained an Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") in Canada on December 23, 2011.
Pursuant to the CCAA Order granted by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ernst & Young Inc. was appointed Monitor of the Applicant.
The Applicant has filed a motion with the Court that will be heard at 11:15am on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 in Toronto.
